Located in the heart of downtown New York, this beautiful loft in the middle of FiDi is perfect for your next event!
It’s large size allows multiple layouts. The space is bright and has plenty of natural light.
The loft has a long hallway with access to a first elevated « lounge/welcome area », followed by a large « living room » area with a semi closed kitchen, a bathroom and a dining room.
Our modern wood dining table can seat comfortably 8 people. We also have folding tables and chairs that can accommodate up to 24.
Our loft can be rented for:

- corporate meetings
- private dining experiences
- photo studio
- art studio
- professional events
The space can be rented with or without catering (food/beverage package) options.
